Requirements by lot, the compliance matrix exported to Excel, and faster analysis of long documents.
Highlights
Multi-lot tenders are easier to handle: requirements can now be extracted and reviewed lot by lot, and the compliance matrix can be exported to Excel with one sheet per lot. Documents of several hundred pages are analysed about twice as fast.
New
- Requirements by lot. In a multi-lot tender, open Analysis › Requirements and use the lot filters above the list. Each requirement keeps its lot, its owner and its status.
- Compliance matrix to Excel. Analysis › Compliance matrix › Export to Excel produces one workbook with one sheet per lot and a summary sheet.
Improved
- Documents of more than 500 pages are analysed about twice as fast.
- The search field keeps the last filter used when you come back to a tender.
- Dates in e-mail notifications follow the language of the recipient.
Fixed
- Comments added from the Word add-in no longer appear twice after a refresh.
- The due-date column sorted by text instead of by date in some languages.
- Very long requirement titles were cut in the PDF export.
Known issues
- Very large PDF plans (over 200 MB) may still time out at upload. Split the file for now; a fix is planned for 4.13.
