Shared workspaces: work on the same tender with colleagues and partners, and mention them in comments.
Highlights
Several people can now work on the same tender at the same time and see each other’s changes. Invite colleagues or partners to a shared workspace, and mention them in any comment.
New
- Shared workspaces. Invite people to a tender from Collaboration › Members. Everyone sees the same documents, comments and tasks; partners only see the tender they were invited to.
- Mentions. Type
@in any comment to mention a member; they receive an e-mail with a direct link.
Known issues
- Mentions do not yet work from the Word add-in.
